What Clients Say
“Felicia has conducted several research projects for our financial services company. We seek her out for our research needs because of her ability to relate to our customers, to make even complex questions understandable and simple, and to be flexible. We require a facilitator who advises us, but who is also able to take feedback as the interviews progress and adapt as we gather new insights and knowledge from the research. Felicia is the consummate professional she has been faced with some difficult interview sessions, which she’s handled beautifully. She immerses herself in our business and product concepts, and is able to speak very knowledgably about the topics we are testing with our consumers. I highly recommend Felicia, especially in cases when a company needs to test complex or specialized topics with an audience.”
